IHB – Membership is open to all IHB employees. Our activities are meant to afford you and your families an opportunity to participate in fun activities. We have a summer picnic (waterpark, hot dogs, and pony rides) and a Christmas party for the kids (crafts, gifts and entertainment). We have an annual dinner dance, not just for the pensioners. ATHLETIC – You need not be an athlete to join; but you might care to golf in the league or at the annual outing. You might win a prize for landing the biggest fish. You can still have fun as a spectator - join us for a Cubs or White Sox baseball game. ASSOCIATION – Our by-laws state the aim of the organization is “the cultivation of physical development, promotion of athletic sports, social activities and creation of a greater spirit of comradeship among its’ members.” If you are not a member, it is easy to join and annual dues ($25) are payroll deductible.
