Indiana Harbor Belt Railroad Announces New General Manager and
Comptroller It is with great pleasure that the IHB Railroad announces the
appointment of Gary Gibson as General Manager and Derek Smith as Comptroller.
Mr. Gary
Gibson of St. Augustine, FL, who has held a
number of operating positions on CSX and other Class I railroads, including
General Manager of the Northern Region for CSX Transportation and Vice President
of Risk Management for the Canadian National Railway, is
the new General Manager effective Monday, January 21, 2002. Effective February 14, 2002, Mr. Derek Smith will join the IHB as
Comptroller. Derek comes
to the IHB from CSX Corporate offices in Charlotte, NC, from his former
position as Assistant Vice President Audit.
Derek has also held numerous positions in
finance and auditing with a number of companies. The IHB welcomes its new officers. |
